Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026 · Last updated October 9, 2026

GSI Media LLC, doing business as Advanced Sports Data ("ASD," "we," "us," or "our"), operates advancedsportsdata.com, the Advanced Sports Data mobile apps, our Telegram channels, and our text and email programs (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the Services, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices and rights you have.

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We never give or sell your email, phone number, purchase history, or any other personal information to a third party for that third party's own marketing. Your data is used to run your membership, processed by the vendors listed in Section 5 on our behalf, and, as described in Section 6, may be used by the other sports brands our company operates. You can opt out of that at any time.

1. What we collect

1.1 Information you give us

1.2 Information collected automatically

1.3 What we do not collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, files, health data, or biometric data. The optional biometric lock in the app is checked by your phone; the app receives only a yes or no and never sees or stores your face or fingerprint. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

2. How we use it

We may use and share data that has been de-identified or aggregated so it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for any lawful purpose.

3. Text messages

We send texts only to numbers that opted in. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and delivery texts from Advanced Sports Data at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and may be up to the number stated at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out; we will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email support@advancedsportsdata.com. To join again, opt in the way you did the first time.

Your mobile opt-in and phone number are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Text-message consent and the numbers behind it are excluded from every use or disclosure described elsewhere in this Policy, other than delivery through our messaging provider acting on our behalf.

4. Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies:

We use a notice and opt-out model in the United States: analytics and advertising tags load unless you opt out. To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page, or the Manage button on the cookie notice, and turn the toggle off. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends it, analytics and advertising tags stay off on that device no matter what is stored. We do not respond to the older Do Not Track signal. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though some parts of the Services may stop working.

5. Service providers

The kinds of vendors below process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to providing their service to us. They are not permitted to use your personal information for their own marketing.

Where you enter information directly into a provider's own page (for example, your card on the payment processor's checkout page), that provider's privacy policy also applies to what you enter there.

6. No sale. No sharing with third parties for their marketing.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not give, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for that third party's own marketing or promotional purposes. Nobody buys our member list. The only parties that receive personal information are the service providers in Section 5, acting for us, and the affiliated brands described below.

6.1 Affiliated brands operated by our company

GSI Media LLCand its affiliates operate other sports brands, including Odds & Markets and StatNerds. Because the same company runs them, audience and analytics data (such as advertising identifiers, pages viewed, and purchase events) may be used across these brands to understand our members as one audience, to measure campaigns, and for those brands' own communications and advertising. The data stays within our company and its affiliates; it is not sold or given to outside businesses. Your mobile opt-in and phone number are excluded from this (Section 3).

Some state privacy laws treat this cross-brand use of advertising identifiers as a "sale," "share," or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time with the footer link, the link in Section 4, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Opting out does not affect your account, your purchases, or delivery of your picks.

6.2 Other disclosures

7. Retention

When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, card data handled only by our payment processors, access to member data limited to people who need it, and the security controls of the providers in Section 5. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, email support@advancedsportsdata.com right away.

9. Your rights and choices

9.1 Access, correction, and deletion

You can see and change your email, sport preference, and notification settings in your account. To get a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, email support@advancedsportsdata.com from the address on your account. To delete your account and data, use Delete your account — log in, press the button once, and the account is deleted after a seven (7) day window in which you can email us to stop it. You can also email support@advancedsportsdata.com instead. We respond within thirty (30) days, or sooner where the law requires. We keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, purchase records) and de-identify the rest. Deleting the app from your phone removes its local data but does not delete your account; use the page above for that.

9.2 Marketing opt-out

Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email support@advancedsportsdata.com. Service messages about your account and purchases continue as long as your account exists.

9.3 Analytics and advertising opt-out

Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer or Section 4, or turn on Global Privacy Control. In the app, push notifications are off until you turn them on in Settings, and you can turn them off there or in your phone's settings.

9.4 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for anything beyond providing the Services); and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. The cross-brand use in Section 6.1 is the only activity that may count as a "sale" or "share," and the footer link or GPC opts you out. For other requests, email support@advancedsportsdata.com. We may need to verify your identity, and you may designate an authorized agent by giving them written permission that we can verify.

9.5 Other US states

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising and of any sale of personal data. Use the footer link or GPC to opt out of targeted advertising, and email support@advancedsportsdata.com for anything else. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome. Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information for money as defined in NRS 603A; you may record an opt-out request by email anyway.

9.6 Outside the United States (GDPR and UK GDPR)

The Services are built for, marketed to, and operated from the United States. If you use them from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, and, for marketing texts and non-essential cookies, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Your data is stored and processed in the United States. Email support@advancedsportsdata.com to exercise any of these rights.

10. Children

THE SERVICES ARE STRICTLY FOR ADULTS AGED 21 AND OLDER. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21 and we do not permit anyone under 21 to use the Services. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we delete it and close the account. If you believe a minor has given us information, email support@advancedsportsdata.com.

11. The mobile apps

The Advanced Sports Data apps for iPhone and Android show the same site inside the app. They use an install-attribution service to tell which ad or link led to an install and to a membership; it receives a device identifier, app opens, and purchase events as our service provider. Our analytics provider receives product-usage events. Push notifications are off unless you turn them on in the app's Settings, and the push token is sent to us only then. The optional biometric lock is checked by your phone on the device only. Purchases are completed in your browser on our site, not inside the app, so the app never sees card data. You can delete the app and its data at any time, and request account deletion from the app's account screen or at advancedsportsdata.com/account/delete.

12. Third-party sites

The Services link to sportsbooks, exchanges, financial products, and other third-party sites, some through affiliate links that pay us. When you follow one, the third party may receive a referral identifier so the referral can be credited; we do not send them your account profile, phone, or payment information. This Policy does not apply to their sites. Read their privacy policies before giving them information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our practices, technology, or the law change. We will post the revised Policy here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify you by email or a notice in the Services. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.

14. Contact

Privacy questions, data requests, and deletion requests: support@advancedsportsdata.com. Advanced Sports Data is operated by GSI Media LLC, which is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy.
